Recruiter II

Duties

-Develops and administers talent acquisition/employment/recruiting programs. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.

-Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

-Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.

-Negotiates with and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.

-May conduct appropriate pre-employment screening to ensure quality candidates are selected and hired.

-Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, internship, employee referral, and other recruiting programs.
-Incumbent works within specific limits and authority on assignments of routine to moderate complexity.
-Proactively builds candidate pipelines, makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral ensuring candidate pools are sufficient to meet forecasted hiring needs.
-Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.

Skills

Required:

3+ yrs of recruiting experience
Displays honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
Demonstrates poise and confidence in delivery.
Has basic understanding of supported lines of business (goals & objectives)

Required:
Bachelors or relevant experience
